“You,” “Your” refers to the customer using our services.
“Parcel” or “Package” refers to any item you ship through JamXpress Portal.

2. Scope of Service

JamXpress Portal provides personal parcel shipping from the USA to Jamaica. We offer:

US shipping addresses for forwarding
Local pickup points and limited home delivery
Package tracking and notifications

We do not currently ship crates, barrels, or commercial freight.

3. Registration & Account Responsibility

You must register for an account to use our services.
You must provide accurate personal details, including your TRN for customs clearance.
You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure.

4. Prohibited Items

You may not ship:

Hazardous materials, firearms, ammunition
Illegal drugs, counterfeit goods
Items prohibited by Jamaican Customs regulations
We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that violates these terms.

5. Rates & Payments

Rates are based on weight, size, and destination.
All fees must be paid before package release.
Customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are separate from shipping fees.

6. Delivery & Timelines

Estimated delivery times:
- USA: 5–7 business days
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, or other factors outside our control.

7. Liability & Insurance

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or incorrect customer information.
Compensation for lost or damaged parcels is limited to the declared value unless optional insurance is purchased.

8. Customs & Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring items meet all Jamaican import requirements.
TRN is mandatory for all imports.
We will declare your parcel based on provided invoice details.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
